How to Download a Data Package

Data packages are created on BioConnect web site using BioConnect web interface. There are two methods to download for JQB

Download the Zip File

You can download a data package directly from the BioConnect website as a zip file. JBQ can read either the zip file directly or an unzipped folder. Simply provide the name of the zip file or the unzipped folder.

Use JBQ Command

Alternatively, download data packages directly using JBQ by executing the following command:

jbq read package

JBQ will check for any new data packages on the BioConnect website and compare them with your local storage. If there are new packages available, JBQ will prompt you to download them.
